You may remember this cooky couple from their engagement session in Chicago’s Millennium Park…you know, the one where they ended up getting soaked by the spitting fountains?? Well, Kate and David have quite the sense of humor so I knew fellow photographer Amy Beth Harkess and I were going to be right in our element documenting their day.

David – the tall kilted man – and Kate adorned in a lovely Wai-Ching dress originally met playing a long-distance game of World of Warcraft, thus the beautifully (mostly) subtle (you’ll see the banner) WOW theme of the day. And between the Nerf guns, zombie walks and princess tiaras their’s was a gorgeous Fall wedding day…

I can just imagine David making some funny comment about Kate’s expression in this picture taken just before she stood at the altar.
